斜盤式軸向柱塞泵,由于體積小,重量輕,液壓伺服變量機(jī)構(gòu)簡單,慣性小,因此在移動(dòng)設(shè)備與自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中,作為液壓動(dòng)力源。斜盤式軸向柱塞泵是現(xiàn)代液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中被廣泛使用的動(dòng)力元件也是可實(shí)現(xiàn)無級(jí)變量的兩類泵。在1906年斜盤式軸向泵***次使用于軍艦的炮塔上到現(xiàn)在已有近90年的進(jìn)程;從H. F. Vickers先生1925年發(fā)明葉片泵到現(xiàn)在也已有70余年的歷史。缸體由于需要泵軸的拖動(dòng),借助斜盤、滑靴及中心加力裝置的驅(qū)動(dòng)柱塞,來實(shí)現(xiàn)吸排油液動(dòng)作,其受力較復(fù)雜。該型液壓泵的主要環(huán)節(jié)之一,是配油面,從運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)的觀點(diǎn)出發(fā),希望各滑動(dòng)表面之間不發(fā)生金屬直接接觸的情況,在其間形成油膜。對(duì)于配油面之間,要想實(shí)現(xiàn)上述設(shè)計(jì)要求,缸體在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程應(yīng)就必須與配油盤表面保持平行才能保持平衡。
