NG200 is our most ambitious campaign ever, and we need your help to make it happen.
We have until our Bicentenary to raise the final £5.8m needed to enrich lives with art, across the nation and the world. As a charity, we depend on your generosity to expand the ways we connect people with paintings and ensure our building can continue to provide a world-class welcome for all. No matter how large or small, each contribution is vital.
The National Gallery is more than a world-class collection – it is a site of creativity, storytelling and discovery, where great artworks from the past inspire new ideas for the future. If you are able, please consider donating today to play a meaningful part in shaping our next 200 years.
We are extremely grateful to everyone who supports NG200 for their commitment to our shared future. If you donate £20 or more today, you will have the rare opportunity for your name to be included as part of a temporary display in our refurbished Gallery from spring 2025.
With Gift Aid, you can add 25% more to your donation at no additional cost to you. If you are a UK taxpayer and choose to Gift Aid your donation, the National Gallery can claim tax back. That means for every £1 you donate, we can claim an extra 25p without costing you a penny.
If we already have a valid Gift Aid declaration on file for your National Gallery account, you won’t be prompted to complete another when donating on this page. For any queries, contact us on development@nationalgallery.org.uk.
The National Gallery is an exempt charity, as listed in schedule 3 of the Charities Act 2011.
